The conference speaker this year is J. Warner Wallace, a cold-case homicide detective, popular national speaker and best-selling author.
Apologetics most simply defined, is a reasoned defense of the Christian faith. The word apologetics is derived from the Greek word apologia, which originally referred to a speech of defense or an answer given in reply. As followers of Christ, we are instructed to “always be prepared to give an answer to everyone who asks you to give the reason for the hope that you have” (see 1 Peter 3:15). This is apologetics.
